April 8 in UMASS Medical Center.<BR/><BR/>Her husband Thomas W. Roe died in 2004. She was the devoted mother to Wayne T. Roe and his wife Debra of Bethesda, MD, Glenn T. Roe and his wife Nancy of Loudonville, NY and Diane C. Haarmonn and her husband Carl of West Boylston. She also leaves three grandchildren, Alexander, Kathryn and Jennifer Roe. Her first husband Levi Moak, predeceased her in 1950. She was born in Albany, NY daughter of Everett and Elizabeth (Caldicott) Ingraham, grew up in Clarksville, NY and then lived in Voorheesville, NY for over 50 years of her life. She was active in the First Methodist Church and the Boys Scouts in Voorheesville, NY. Joyce was a wonderful cook.<BR/><BR/>A Memorial Service will be held Sat. April 18 at 10:30AM in FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 West Boylston St. West Boylston. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Activities Department at Shrewsbury Crossing, 311 Main St., Shrewsbury, 01545.
